The Knott’s preserve has Al’s Trail pass directly through it and abuts Nature Conservancy Property which continues down to Lake Lillinonah.

This property directly abuts lot number 42-2-6 (to the north) which is 49.44 Acres owed by the Nature Conservancy which is also preserved as open space. This property also abuts the McLaughlan Vineyard property totaling over 100 acres which is currently an operating vineyard.
